I hold the King James Bible to be a pinnacle work of biblical translation. I affirm the Textus Receptus as the only valid line that Christian theology may source. I swear to my own hurt that God's word is inerrant. Salvation is obtained by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone. I believe in the eternal security of the believer. I testify of the death, burial, and bodily resurrection of Christ. I also profess the dual nature of Jesus as God and man simultaneously. I reject a secret rapture. I reject dispensationalism. I dismiss any notion of separate gospels that cater to special concerns of different people groups. I only affirm one gospel which is the death, burial, and bodily resurrection of the LORD Jesus Christ. I believe in the triune nature of the Godhead; three persons in one. I stamp upon Calvinism, Catholicism, and every unserious offshoot of Protestantism. I am washed in the blood of The Lamb, and seated in heavenly places!

The NIV is posing as God's word. It is corrupt and should not be handled by blood bought children of the most high.

The NIV says that the MESSAGE of the cross is foolishness to those that are perishing. The KJV says it is the PREACHING which is the METHOD is foolishness. If you look at the context you will see the KJV is right, the jews require a sign and the greeks wisdom. Paul was talking about the methodology NOT the message.

Why is that important, the urgency of spreading the word is removed

The verse goes on to say, "To us who are BEING saved." as oppose to the KJV who says "To us who ARE saved.
